By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant chomgrade a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the User-Generated Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or rights of publicity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless chomgrade from any claims arising from your User-Generated Content.
chomgrade reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe that such content violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Some features of the Services may require payment of fees. By using such features, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your use of the Services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.

These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or chomgrade. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the Services and deleting your account. chomgrade may terminate these Terms and your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any conduct that we deem inappropriate.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
